Lance Wallnau, a right-wing evangelist and self-identified Christian nationalist, promotes a radical theology known as Seven Mountains Dominionism. This belief system advocates for right-wing Christians to control seven main societal “mountains”: education, government, media, business, arts and entertainment, family, and religion, to fulfill God’s will globally. Following Donald Trump’s reelection, Wallnau has focused on seizing federal institutions to facilitate a global Christian revival.
In a recent Facebook video, Wallnau celebrated Trump’s authoritarian approach, claiming it opens avenues for Christians to infiltrate various cultural institutions. He declared that without action, adversaries will regain influence, and emphasized that Christians should actively claim “high places” in society. Wallnau expressed a zealous belief that God has anointed Trump to empower right-wing Christians, portraying Trump as a divinely endorsed leader.
He urged followers to recognize the spiritual significance of their mission, framing their efforts as part of a larger divine strategy to reclaim America from perceived threats, while also explicitly challenging opponents. Wallnau’s rhetoric reflects deep beliefs in dominionism, jingoism, and religious nationalism, underscoring a desire for a theocratic influence in governance.
